Scott is a highly responsive and communicative professional. He is deeply knowledgeable of the market and the actions needed to efficiently market a home and complete the sale. Scott is thorough in all that he does, patiently spending time explaining processes, required actions and expected next steps. Scott helped us locate and acquire the home we just sold with him five years later. When it was time to select an agent there was only one call to make and that was to Scott Waid. Because we felt protected and know that we received the maximum value in the sale of our home using Scott’s proven process, I would strongly encourage friends and family to work with Scott to experience a true professional in action and to see the value and results he delivers time and again.

We typically do not write reviews for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service we received from our Realtor Scott Waid merits an exception. Scott was recommended to us by friends whose home he had sold. We could not be more grateful that he became our realtor. He was knowledgeable of current market trends, professional in every aspect of the real estate business, and was willing to listen to our specific requests while guiding us in the right direction for selling our home. We appreciated his personal touch and his responsiveness whenever we had questions as it made us feel he definitely was in our corner. We greatly appreciated everything Scott did for us and highly recommend him to anyone considering the purchase or sale of a home.
